See How I Can Help
Networking isn’t about collecting business cards or delivering the perfect pitch.
At its best, it’s about building relationships — the kind that grow over time, create opportunities naturally, and make running a business feel a little less like you’re doing it on your own.
Over the years, I’ve attended countless networking events, hosted my own, and seen first-hand how powerful the right environment can be. The conversations that happen in the room often lead to collaborations, referrals, ideas and support — sometimes immediately, but often months or even years later.
This page brings together everything I’ve created around networking — from how and why I run my own group, to the practical details of attending, and the thinking behind it all.
If you’re curious about networking, new to it, or simply looking for a space that feels a little more natural, you’re in the right place.
New faces are always welcome.
If you’ve been meaning to come along, this is your invitation.
We meet every second Wednesday of the month at a calm, comfortable venue designed for real conversation — not background noise.
The events are free to attend, but registration is required as spaces are limited.
There’s no pressure, no formal pitches — just good conversation with people who understand what running a business actually looks like day to day.

Over the years I’ve attended many, many networking events.
Breakfast meetings before the day had properly started.
Evening gatherings after everyone was already tired.
Formal groups, informal groups, structured groups, drop-ins, memberships, visitor days.
Each one had something I liked. READ MORE

Today we held our first Let's Meet Up networking event at Alice Court in Eastbourne, and as I sat in the room chatting with everyone, I realised how much of my networking journey has evolved over the years.
It actually started back in 2016 in my hometown of Hailsham. READ MORE
One of the things I always do after hosting a networking event is send a short message to attendees the following day.
Partly to say thank you for coming along, partly to stay connected, but also because I genuinely value feedback. When you’re creating a space for business owners to meet, it’s important to know whether the room worked for the people in it.
Yesterday we held the first Let’s Meet Up networking morning at Alice Court in Eastbourne, and as it was a new venue I was especially curious to hear how people found it. READ MORE
