If you’ve been following my work for a while, you’ll know that most of what I do revolves around organisation, systems and helping people run things more smoothly.
That applies just as much to households and everyday life as it does to businesses.
Which is one of the reasons I decided to become a Utility Warehouse Partner.
At its simplest, Utility Warehouse helps people combine their household utilities — things like energy, broadband, mobile and insurance — into one place.
One bill.
One provider.
One customer service team.
It’s a very simple idea, but one that can make life a lot easier.
Utility Warehouse is a UK provider that offers a bundle of everyday household services.
These include:
• Gas and electricity
• Broadband
• Mobile SIMs
• Home insurance
• Cashback card and other savings benefits
The aim is to bring several of the services most households already pay for into a single account.
Instead of dealing with multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple customer service teams, everything is managed together.
For many people, that simplicity alone is the biggest benefit.
The reason I became involved with Utility Warehouse is actually quite similar to the reason I work as a Virtual Assistant.
I like systems that make life simpler.
Over the years I’ve helped businesses organise their operations, streamline processes and remove unnecessary complexity.
Utility Warehouse takes a similar approach to household services.
Rather than constantly switching providers every year, comparing tariffs or chasing deals, the idea is to bring everything into one place and manage it more easily.
For many people, that simplicity is a real relief.
Everyone’s situation is different, but people often find a few clear advantages.
Convenience
Having several services on one bill makes things easier to manage month to month.
Customer Service
Instead of dealing with multiple companies, there’s one point of contact.
Potential Savings
Some households save money by bundling services together, particularly when cashback and member benefits are included.
Stability
Rather than constantly switching providers, many customers prefer having a single long-term relationship with a company that manages several services at once.
If someone asks me about Utility Warehouse, the first thing I do is simply look at their current situation.
There’s no pressure to switch.
We normally just:
• look at the services you already have
• check what you’re currently paying
• see whether Utility Warehouse could work for you
Sometimes it’s a good fit.
Sometimes it isn’t.
Either way, you’ll have a clearer picture of your options.
Most people know me through my work as Your Friendly PA — supporting businesses with systems, administration and events.
Utility Warehouse sits alongside that as another way I help people simplify things in everyday life.
It’s not something I push.
But when people ask about saving money on utilities or reducing the number of companies they deal with each month, it’s something I’m very happy to talk about.
If you’d like to explore whether Utility Warehouse might work for your household, feel free to get in touch.
I’m always happy to have a conversation and explain how it works.
Sometimes the simplest systems are the ones that make the biggest difference.
